PrebioThrive Review

The gut is the source of all diseases, said Hippocrates. And, rightly so! Our gut contains ten times more bacteria that can influence our health than the rest of your body. Over 100 trillion organisms live here, making up almost ¾ of our immune system.

But, in spite of the role our gut plays in supporting our metabolism, promoting healthy digestion and elimination, and protecting us from infection, we usually overlook the function of our gastrointestinal system. Until a digestive problem hits us, that is.

In our quest to understand how the health of our gut affects our overall well-being, we’ve learned that Americans don’t consume enough prebiotics. Yes, you’ve read that correctly: prebiotics, not probiotics (we’ll explain the difference in a second.)

That’s how we’ve learned about PrebioThrive by Gundry MD, a prebiotic supplement that promises to improve digestion by helping the good bacteria in your gut, flourish.

Does it work?

Let’s find out together!

What Is PrebioThrive?

PrebioThrive is a dietary supplement that combines five powerful prebiotic ingredients that can improve the health of your digestive system. The ingredients create a thriving environment for the good bacteria, which in turn can lead to healthy digestion and an overall feeling of wellness.

By including PrebioThrive in your diet, you should feel lighter and more energized than before. The formula promises to reduce bloating and constipation, increase your energy levels, and improve your health.

The Difference between Probiotics and Prebiotics

Most people are familiar with probiotics and understand the role they play in the health of their digestive systems, but few of them have heard about prebiotics. That can be a problem since prebiotics are vital and support your microbiome.

When good bacteria predominate in your gut, you feel fantastic. Your metabolism works like a well-oiled machine, your weight stays at healthy levels, and you are energized, and focused.

When bad bacteria are in control, on the other hand, you struggle more than usual. You gain weight fast and can’t seem to be able to lose it. You feel sluggish, cranky, and anxious. More than that, your body is more prone to infections like colds, yeast infection, flu, and so on.

That’s why probiotics and prebiotics are vital to our health.

So, what’s the difference between them?

Well, probiotics are live cultures that can improve the health of your gut. They are usually found in capsules, powders, and supplements or foods like yogurt, kefir, and kombucha. The problem with probiotics is that they are sensitive to the acidity levels in your stomach and can be killed easily.

Prebiotics, on the other hand, are non-digestive food ingredients that nourish your gut and promote the growth of good bacteria.

How do the PrebioThrive Ingredients Work?

This supplement contains five fiber-rich ingredients that are known to promote healthy digestion:

  • Acacia Gum: This plant contains more fiber by weight than any other food on the planet.
  • Flaxseed: This food is rich in fiber as well as Omega-3. It also has powerful antioxidant properties.
  • Guar Gum: Rich in fiber, this plant normalizes the moisture content in your stool.
  • Agave Insulin: Although it has a sweet and delicious taste, the Agave Insulin has minimal impact on your blood sugar level.`
  • Galacto-oligosaccharides: This prebiotic has been shown to improve mineral absorption and improve the functions of your immune system.

How to Take PrebioThrive?

One scoop of PrebioThrives contains just 25 calories, less than one gram of sugar, 7 grams of carbs, and 7 grams of dietary fiber (that’s 28% of the recommended daily value.)

All you have to do is take one scoop of this formula and mix it with water, tea, smoothie or any beverage of your choice. Gundry MD recommends that you take PrebioThrive first thing in the morning. For maximum effects, he also recommends taking it together with a probiotic.

Is PrebioThrive Safe?

PrebioThrive uses only 100% natural ingredients. The content of every batch is formulated in the US at their CGMP-certified facility. Then, a 3rd party lab, tests it once again for purity and dosage. The formula is also sugar-free, soy-free, lecithin-free, and artificial sweetener-free.

To our knowledge, there aren’t any side effects to taking PrebioThrive. There aren’t any limitations either. As a supplement designed to improve the health of the gastrointestinal system,

PrebioThrive can be taken by anyone who wants to improve their digestion and overall well-being.

However, you need to remember that this is just a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Therefore, it can’t and shouldn’t be used to treat serious health conditions nor replace prescription meds.

Overall, PrebioThrive is safe to take, and you will not experience any side effects. But, just to be on the safe side, consult with your physician before including any supplements in your diet.

How Much Does PrebioThrive Cost?

One bottle of PrebioThrive costs $79, and it will last you for 30 days. The shipping is free.

Gundry MD has so much confidence in the effectiveness of PrebioThrive that he’ll offer a 90-days money back guarantee deal. If after 90 days you don’t see a noticeable change in your digestion and are not satisfied with the results, they will give you your money back.

All you have to do is contact one of their support reps, and they’ll refund you fast and hassle-free.

About Gundry MD

Dr. Steven Gundry is a well-known name in the world of supplements. He worked for over three decades as a heart surgeon and medical researcher. He has extensive knowledge in the medical field, which gives him a lot of legitimacy.

Parting Thoughts

In theory, you could get fiber from your diet without spending $79 on a special supplement. The problem is that most people today eat foods rich in fats and sugar, and not enough fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

If you know your diet isn’t as healthy as it should be, then it would be wise to include Prebiothrive in your regime. Make sure to mix it with probiotic supplements or foods to supercharge your digestive system.

I would like to know why the bottle says there are 30 servings and when I received the bottles they were half full so I actually counted out the scoops and one bottle had 21 scoops and the other bottle only had 22 scoops. I didn’t count the other 2 bottles. I ordered 4 total. When I called they said it was approximately 30 servings. I’m sorry but the bottle does not say “approximately”, it actually says “30 servings : Net weight: 10.6 oz (300g). I feel as though this is false advertisement on this bottle. If you order this product beware and take the time to count out your scoops.

What annoys me about the presentation is that he starts out telling us that about how we can use the foods we already have in our pantry. And he is going to tell us about this superfood that is going to make us healthy. A food that is readily available. The superfood turns out to be a product, not a food.

Every one of these presentations follow the same formula, promise us information about healthy food that is readily available but end up trying to sell us a product. And most of them will put you on an auto reorder plan even when you do not authorize it. I only have to be burned once to learn my lesson.

Unfortunately, I do not trust anyone who uses this format to sell their product. Sadly I will probably miss the real miracle product because of the scam like method of selling.

Right on, Alice! Sadly, it seems, the desire for wealth distorts the good stuff contained in the efforts of so many “better health crusaders.” It then becomes very difficult to figure out who to trust.

This product sounds too good to be true, which makes me immediately suspicious. Also, I have no way to be sure that the product contains the ingredients listed and is free from harmful contaminants. It’s also quite expensive compared to prebiotics available in drugstores. I have several medical issues and I take a lot of medications, so I am concerned about interactions. I’ve had leukemia twice, I have a brain tumor, asthma, lupus, high blood pressure, seizures, RLS, and an esophageal constriction that requires regular endoscopes to stretch the esophagus to prevent choking on food. I’d love to find a bottle or tub of “Dr. Good” that would solve everything and make me feel great; but I think that’s likely to only be found in some Chianti.

Can I mix it in hot water to dissolve it?

I absolutely love the product. I came across this looking for solutions to what was seemingly IBS, severe bloating and chronic constipation. i have always been a super healthy and fit person. I am not one for medications and poking and prodding by doctors. I tried one jar for 30 days. By day three, I IMMEDIATELY felt relief from the bloating. By day 5 the constipation was gone. By the end of the week, I had no symptoms of IBS. I continued the rest of the first 30 days. I ordered the second jar and by time I waited for it to arrive, I felt the bloating again and the constipation coming back. When my new jar arrived I started immediately taking my scoopful mixed in my OJ every morning before I ate. I have been taking this for 4 months now. I have felt better than I have in a long time. NO BLOATING EVER!!!! I lost 2 inches on my waistline and NO, NOT WEIGHTLOSS. I weigh exactly the same, just lost 2 inches of gut (bloating and noticeable belly fat).

I have to dissolve the powder in very hot water (just enough to melt it) then I add mu OJ for taste. It works for me and I am happy. Feel good, people ask if I lost weight and I thank this product because I was feeling awful before taking it. The Dr. wanted to put me on medication and limit my diet. Now I still eat what I want and feel great. I do admit, I don’t WANT or even crave so much of the junk I used to eat before. I eat that crap more sparingly now. So all in all, its been an all win for me.

Im sorry I read all these other reviews that seem to be all bad. I guess it affects everyone differently or maybe they have other issues or need to let it work through all the bad issues to get to the positive results.

Well it sounds like you have great results taking this product. My husband & myself are looking into purchasing this but there are so many bad reviews. Do you have to be on the automatic billing every month? And are you still happy with the product?

Laura is correct. I purchased six bottles as I am moving soon. Contact by phone is pointless. I replied to the email I received after ordering. Discover has closed my CC account and is charging back $79.99. It’s most unfortunate that marketing schemes deflate what otherwise promises gut restoration. Sad!

I am in my eighth month of diarrhea. I am trying six bottles of this to mitigate the bio accumulation of toxins in the food supply, gluten intolerance, and chronic inflammation. I have been taking probiotics for sometime. You should not need to take an endless supply of pre-biotics once you normalize your gut flora and eliminate the offending toxins. As for continued Unauthorized shipments, I don’t think so. I have already requested that future shipments be suspended. This message Will be screenprinted, and I will reinforce my resolve on their website. I will also alert my bank in advance to that effect.

I watched the video ad for PrebioThrive. A lot of time was spent during the video explaining how once the good microbes are in place, they send messages for us to eat foods that promote their growth. In order words it’s a beneficial cycle that should continuously regenerate on its own once established. Why is it then necessary to keep taking the daily supplement forever?
